Response Times Based on Need:

• Foresight for IT takes pride in response times based on degree of emergency. If your business comes to a halt because your server becomes non-responsive a wait time of 4 hours can seem like forever, let alone the hourly cost to your business. Some IT companies feel it is a good idea to charge extra for a 4 hour response time, Foresight disagrees with this approach and treat all customers equally based on need.
• In a critical issue, a Foresight technician will be onsite within 1 hour, literally the time to drive to your location is the amount of time your business will need to wait.
• Any make or model of workstation or server can be serviced by Foresight. Foresight is a Microsoft focused company and years of experience are at hand for any job, whether troubleshooting an Office 2010 issue to fixing a failed hard drive in a server and the issues resulting from such an occurence.
• General onsite support area includes Edmonton, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc, Red Deer.
